Force stop an app

You want to force stop an app.

Android smartphone

  1. Open the settings of your smartphone.
  2. Scroll down to "Apps".
  3. Select your app (for example Hagleitner360).
  4. Tap on "Force stop" at the bottom right.
  5. Select "OK" to confirm the process.

iOS iPhone

  • Not possible, try to close the app or install it anew.
