Exchange technical package

You want to exchange the technical package of an HsM device via the Hagleitner360 app.

  1. Open the Hagleitner360 app and select the customer number where the HsM device is registered.
  2. Go to "Devices".

  3. Select your HsM device in the device list or scan its QR code via the QR code button.
  4. Connect to the device (if possible).
  5. Scroll down to "Components" > "More".

  6. Tap on "Exchange".

  7. Follow the app's instructions.
