Moving devices

You want to move devices to another room or customer via the Hagleitner360 app or HsM web portal.

Moving devices via the Hagleitner360 app

  1. Open the Hagleitner360 app.
  2. Select the customer number, where the device is.
  3. Tap on "Devices" at the Dashboard.

  4. Select your device via the device list.
    1. You can also tap on the QR code button on the bottom right and scan the device's QR code to land directly on the detail page.
  5. At the detail page scroll down to "Actions" and tap on "Move to another room".

  6. Tap on "Location".

  7. Select a room.
    1. You can also enter a mountpoint (optional).
  8. Tap on "Apply changes".

Tip: To move a device to another customer, select "Actions" > "More" > "Move to another customer" and select the other customer via "Customer".

Moving devices via the HsM web portal

  1. Open the

  2. Select the customer number, where the device is.
  3. Click on "Devices" > "Device list".

  4. Click on the three-dot menu at the device and then select "Move device".

  5. Select a room.
    1. You can also enter a mountpoint (optional).
  6. Click on "Move".

Tip: To move a device to another customer, click on the blue box below "Target customer" and select the other customer.
