Notification preferences for device monitoring

Methods to be notified

There are 3 ways to be notified for device monitoring rules in HsM. You can be notified via email, HsM inbox or you can receive a push notification on your phone.

Enabling or disabling these ways of notifications can be done with:

• The Hagleitner360 app
• The HsM web portal

Setting the notification preferences with the Hagleitner360 app

1. Open the Hagleitner360 app.
2. Tap on the burger menu.
   
   
3. Tap on "Notification preferences".
   
   
4. Now you can enable or disable one or more methods of notification.
   
   

Setting the notification preferences with the HsM web portal

1. Open the HsM web portal.
2. Click on your user at the bottom left side.
   
   
3. Click on "User settings".
   
   
4. Click on "Notification preferences".
   
   
5. Now you can enable or disable one or more methods of notification.
6. Click on "Save".
