- Your operating system version is not supported ➡️ Check if your smartphone has the supported version of Android or iOS.
- Android 11 or higher.
- iOS 17 or higher.
- Your smartphone's time and date do not match with the login server ➡️ Check if your time and date on your smartphone is correct.
- If not, correct your time and date via the smartphone settings. We recommend you sync your phone's time and date with the internet.
- If it is correct, try to log in again.
- If the operating system version is supported and the time and date is correct ➡️ Reinstall the app.
