No Bluetooth connection to some HsM devices
You cannot connect to some of the HsM device via the Hagleitner360 app.
- Remove the device's energy source for about 10sec. and try to connect to the device again.
- Check if there is a firmware update available for the device.
- Open the Hagleitner360 app and select a customer number.
- Go to "Devices".
- Select your device in the device list or scan its QR code via the QR code button.
- Scroll down to "Firmware".
- Tap on "Update" when there is a firmware update available.
- Restart your smartphone.
