No Bluetooth connection to some HsM devices

You cannot connect to some of the HsM device via the Hagleitner360 app.

  • Remove the device's energy source for about 10sec. and try to connect to the device again.
  • Check if there is a firmware update available for the device.
    1. Open the Hagleitner360 app and select a customer number.
    2. Go to "Devices".
    3. Select your device in the device list or scan its QR code via the QR code button.
    4. Scroll down to "Firmware".
    5. Tap on "Update" when there is a firmware update available.
  • Restart your smartphone.
