User administration

You want to add, edit or delete users in a customer number via the Hagleitner360 app or HsM web portal.

About the user administration

Via the user administration you can add users to a customer number in the HsM. You can also edit a user's role.

You can access the user administration via:

Inviting users via the HsM web portal

  1. Open the HsM web portal.
  2. Select your customer number via the search tab on the left.
  3. Click on "Settings" > "User administration".

  4. Click on "Invite".

  5. Enter the user's email address.
  6. Select a role* for the user.
  7. If you want to send the user an invitation email, enable the check mark at "Send invitation email"
  8. Click on "Invite".

*Staff: Sees devices.
Facility Manager: Sees devices and can change device settings.
Administrator: Sees devices, can change device settings and administers users.

Editing a user's role via the HsM web portal

  1. Open the HsM web portal.
  2. Select your customer number via the search tab on the left.
  3. Click on "Settings" > "User administration".

  4. Select a user from the list.
  5. Click on "Assign roles".

  6. Choose a role.
  7. Click on "Assign".

Removing a user's role via the HsM web portal

  1. Open the HsM web portal.
  2. Select your customer number via the search tab on the left.
  3. Click on "Settings" > "User administration".

  4. Select a user from the list.
  5. Click on the rubbish bin symbol Mülleimersymbol or on "Delete all role assignments".
  6. Confirm the action by clicking on "Delete".

Important note: Removing all role assignments from a user will remove the user's access to the customer number.


Inviting users via the Hagleitner360 app

  1. Tap on "Search" and search for a customer number and select it.
  2. Tap on "User administration".

  4. Enter the user's email address.
  5. Select a role* from "Assignable roles" via the plus symbol H360_Benutzerverwatung_Rollen_hinzufügen_Plussymbol_24-01-24.
  6. Tap on "Invite user".

Editing a user's role via the Hagleitner360 app

  1. Tap on "Search" and search for a customer number and select it.
  2. Tap on "User administration".

  4. Select a role from "Assignable roles" via the plus symbol H360_Benutzerverwatung_Rollen_hinzufügen_Plussymbol_24-01-24.
  5. Tap on "Save".

Removing a user's role via the Hagleitner360 app

  1. Tap on "Search" and search for a customer number and select it.
  2. Tap on "User administration".

  4. Remove a role from "Assigned roles" via the rubbish bin symbol H360_Mülleimersymbol_13-11-23.
  5. Tap on "Save".

Important note: Removing all role assignments from a user will remove the user's access to the customer number.
