No Bluetooth connection to any HsM device
You are in Bluetooth range of your HsM devices but cannot connect to these via the Hagleitner360 app.
Potential solutions
- Check if you see the devices at the customer number in the device list.
- If yes, check the following on your smartphone:
- Check if Bluetooth is active on your smartphone.
- Check if the permission for the Hagleitner360 app to use Bluetooth is set to "Allow".
- If yes, check the following on your smartphone:

- Check if location is active on your smartphone.
- Check if the permission for the Hagleitner360 app to use location is set to "Always allow".
- Try to force stop the Hagleitner360 app.
- Try to restart your smartphone.
- If not, try to scan the QR code of one of the devices and register it at the customer number if necessary.
